The Christian Executive Accelerator is a seven month leadership development program for Christian professionals who are headed toward director, VP, or C-suite roles and want to arrive there with their integrity and their faith stronger, not weaker.
The experience is half hard executive skill building and half spiritual formation. You will work through calling, character, leadership skills, and marketplace effectiveness alongside a cohort of peers, guided by Christian executives who have carried real responsibility in real organizations.
This is not a Bible study with a business theme. It is serious executive development with faith at the center.

This program did not start with a framework. It started with a question we asked senior Christian executives:
What do you wish you had known, or had someone teach you, when you were in your 20s and 30s?
More than two dozen leaders with decades in the marketplace answered, most with over 25 years of experience. Our founder has talked with dozens more over the years about this very topic. Their lessons shaped every part of the program, from the curriculum to the coaching.
The program comes from Emergent Execs, a leadership development company with 18 years of experience. Emergent Execs has trained thousands of emerging managers and leaders in hundreds of companies, and it knows what a serious program looks like. Your coaches and guest speakers are Christian leaders who have walked the road you are on, and who are willing to tell you what it really cost them.

What you will experience over seven months
- A 2 day opening retreat that sets the foundation for everything that follows, with lodging and meals included
- Six monthly classes that alternate between spiritual formation and executive development, each with a guest Christian executive. Classes have a virtual option, and in person attendance is strongly encouraged
- 12 one on one coaching sessions with a Christian executive coach
- Leadership assessment and 360 feedback that sharpen your self awareness and show you where to grow
- A closing event to reflect, celebrate, and share your story

- Is this a church or denominational program?
- No. It is a Christian leadership development experience led by Christian executives, open to believers from many church backgrounds.
